• Letter of Motivation / Study Plan
• Letter of Recommendation
• Color photograph

• Statement of Financial Support
• Form for applying for Visa (eg. CoE, I-20)
• Certificate of Health
• Copy / original of Language Test Report.
• Learning Agreement

Ways to apply

1. OIA mails out application documents to exchange university, OR
2. The nominated student or OIA email application documents to exchange university, OR
3. The nominated student fills out the online application form and uploads application documents
